		<description><![CDATA[I think an argument could be made that today&#039;s PEDs are less effective than those anabolic steroids that were used at will with no threat of being tested during the steroid era. You&#039;re right, though, blaming solely PEDs for the drop in offense is lazy and wrong. It&#039;s a combination of many things, mostly pitching related, including increased velocity, an increased use of cutters, etc...]]></description>
