Rebuilding needs to happen from a multifaceted approach with dynamic thinkers who are open to looking at all possibilities to improve the club both in the long run but also the short. It&#039;s not an easy task and suggesting that its as sumple as &quot;tanking&quot; and getting high draft picks is a silly simplistic view of the process. Like you mentioned it involves so much more and for a small market club like the Brewers, the team will always have to look for ways to gain advantages ahead of the curve if they want to build a perennial contender.]]></description>
