		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m a big fan of Phillips.  However, my great fear with him is that his 2017 BABIP of .408 means he might get hit with the regression stick next year.  Even a reduction to above-average (say, .340) would probably result in numbers that look very Keon Broxton-ian, albeit, with better defense.  I think the best course of action is probably to platoon the two (as written by Colin) of them to start the year.  Maybe one of them seizes the full-time job, but playing the platoon advantage until then would put both (and the team) in the best possible position to succeed.]]></description>
